1. Responsible for the analysis, design, development and testing of automation equipment software requirements under labview platform.
2. Participate in the production, debugging and verification of the test system, organize technical documents and organize corresponding training.

1.Bachelor degree, more than one year experience in automation and electronic product development.
2.Familiar with industrial equipment testing, experience in designing automation equipment or automation test system is preferred.
3.Familiar with labview test program and system requirements, be able to design the upper computer software interface, be familiar with the operation of Agilent/Ni/Keithley common electronic test equipment and instruments, and be able to communicate with the instruments through the upper computer software.
4.Familiar with the use of RS-232, RS-485, GPIB, TCP/IP, CAN and other communication protocols for software programming.
5.Good communication skills, strong sense of teamwork.
6.Able to travel. Go to the customer for software debugging.
1.根據公司現有資源和已掌握的相關技術，評估產品的導航指標體系，并給出相關建議和意見；熟系卡爾曼濾波算法，熟練使用編程、數據分析嵌入式常用軟件及仿真建模等，熟悉導航精度計算方法。
2.針對導航類項目（含GNC項目）的導航指標體系要求，開展導航算法設計；能夠獨立完成mems/光纖/激光慣導組合導航系統整套算法，提供工程應用產品；能夠組合里程計，GPS，DVL，激光雷達等融合算法的一種或幾種。
3.組織并開展導航算法的驗證及效果評估。
4.編制產品導航算法詳細流程，并根據技術狀態控制要求，對算法進行狀態管理。
1.導航制導于控制、測繪等相關專業；本科以上學歷。
2.精通慣導工作原理，熟悉衛星定位導航原理。
3.精通組合導航（如卡爾曼濾波等）算法設計，具備組合導航數據處理、算法仿真于實現經驗。
4.能夠通讀專業文獻，提煉并優化算法。
5.具備較強的學習能力，團隊協作能力、溝通能力、責任意識及上進心。
6.有慣導/衛星緊組合實際項目經驗優先。
1.與研發、市場密切溝通，進行市場調研及競爭對方分析，充分了解公司產品（慣性導航系統/陀螺儀等）產品性能、特點及應用方式，能根據客戶要求定制整體解決方案。
2.對銷售和技術人員進行產品的解決方案培訓。
3.配合銷售人員外出洽談客戶，分析客戶需求，提出咨詢意見，撰寫項目方案。
4.負責項目方案的講解和答疑，配合公司市場推廣活動。
通過公司培訓，具備售前工程師技能能夠講解公司所有產品和項目涉及的關鍵技術細節。
1.本科以上學歷，電子、通訊、自動化相關專業。
2.有售前支持或技術咨詢相關工作經驗。
3.熟悉行業發展趨勢和公司發展戰略、具有深厚的（慣性導航系統/陀螺儀表等）產品相關專業背景，對（慣性導航系統/陀螺儀表等）產品相關的技術有深刻的理解與把握。
4.有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能承擔較大。
